Dixon Engineering Inc.'s (DIXON) Engineering services are an integral component of our coating inspection services. DIXON's Engineering team evaluates the structures, develops methods and material options for rehabilitation, and prepares a comprehensive report with analysis of relevant alternatives and budget estimates.

DIXON's Engineering team meets with the owner to review the preliminary inspection reports, budget limitations, and specification requirements for the project. All owner concerns and requirements are incorporated at this point. DIXON uses the appropriate industry standards, regulations, and our extensive experience to design specifications and plans for incorporation in the bid documents. The specifications will be reviewed by Owner before the advertisement of the bid, and changes will be incorporated by DIXON.

During the project, DIXON schedules a preconstruction meeting, reviews submittals, contractor reviews, and provides project administration to ensure quality control. Progress meetings with the Owner are included to ensure all concerns are adequately addressed during the project. tion
